Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 scoop of THRYVE Gut-Brain Superblend
  • 4 tbsp of oat milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder

 

Directions

  1. Add mashed bananas to a bowl, plus 2 tbsp sugar, 1 scoop of THRYVE powder mixed with 4 tbsp of oat milk, cinnamon, vanilla
  2. Give it a quick stir
  3. Add in 1 cup flour and give it another quick stir
  4. Add in baking soda and baking powder
  5. Mix together until combined
  6. Preheat your oven to 200'C
  7. Add nonstick liners to your muffin tin
  8. Spoon in your muffin mix
  9. Bake in oven for 5 minutes, then decrease temperature to 180'C and bake for another 12-15 minutes
  10. Let them cool and enjoy!
