Ingredients
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup rolled oats to a large bowl
- 2 scoops THRYVE Gut-Brain Superblend
- 1 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions
- Mix ingredients together.
- Roll mixture into balls.
- Add refrigerate 20 minutes.
- Melt down 1 bar of dark chocolate.
- Dip each bliss ball into the melted chocolate
- Put into freezer for 15 minutes
