- 150g of dark chocolate
- 1 scoop of Thryve Gut-Brain Superblend
- 2 Digestive biscuits
Directions

Add coconut milk to a saucepan

Heat over stove and stir consistently until it boils

Slowly stir in all of the dark chocolate

Add THRYVE powder

Pour your mixture into a bowl

Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours

Add crushed Digestive biscuits to the bottom of a jar

Top with your pudding
