Chocolatey Pancakes

For the dry ingredients

 

For the wet ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 egg
  • A squirt of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

 

Directions

  1. Whisk dry ingredients together in bowl
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients together
  3. Add your dry ingredients to wet and combine thoroughly until you have a thick batter
  4. Optional extra: melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil and stir in 
  5. Add pancake mix to pan on medium-low heat, and flip sides after 2-3 minutes
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate onto your stack and top with blueberries + crushed nuts for an extra boost of superfoods.
