Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2-3 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup THRYVE Gut-Brain Superblend
- 1/3 cup ice cubes
- Splash of almond milk
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend together
- Pour smoothie into a bowl
- Top with granola, dried fruit, sliced apples, chopped nuts, cacao nibs, smooth nut butter, and enjoy!
