Chocolatey Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2-3 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup THRYVE Gut-Brain Superblend
  • 1/3 cup ice cubes
  • Splash of almond milk

 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend together
  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl
  3. Top with granola, dried fruit, sliced apples, chopped nuts, cacao nibs, smooth nut butter, and enjoy!
