Chocolatey Snack Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp of THRYVE Gut-Brain Superblend
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 almond butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey 
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

 

Directions

  1. Add walnuts, rolled oats, mushroom coffee, cocoa, almond butter, maple syrup or honey, water, and melted coconut oil to a food processor
  2. Blend together 
  3. Scoop mix into muffin tin and press firmly into the pan
  4. Top with melted chocolate
  5. Refrigerate for 30 mins and enjoy!
