Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp of THRYVE Gut-Brain Superblend
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/3 almond butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
Directions
- Add walnuts, rolled oats, mushroom coffee, cocoa, almond butter, maple syrup or honey, water, and melted coconut oil to a food processor
- Blend together
- Scoop mix into muffin tin and press firmly into the pan
- Top with melted chocolate
- Refrigerate for 30 mins and enjoy!
