Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 scoop THRYVE Gut-Brain Superblend
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 1 and 1/2 cups milk
Directions
- Mix ingredients together.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Spoon oats into 2 glasses.
- Optional: add drizzle of molasses.
- Add layer of vanilla yoghurt.
- Add another layer of overnight oats.
- Top with gingerbread cookies and enjoy!
