Gingerbread Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 scoop THRYVE Gut-Brain Superblend
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk

 

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Spoon oats into 2 glasses.
  4. Optional: add drizzle of molasses.
  5. Add layer of vanilla yoghurt.
  6. Add another layer of overnight oats.
  7. Top with gingerbread cookies and enjoy!
