Ingredients
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1/3 cup THRYVE Gut-Brain Superblend
- 1 tbsp crushed flax seed
- 2/3 cup oats
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Drizzle of maple syrup
- For toppings: shaved chocolate, hazelnuts, cacao nibs, puffed quinoa
Directions
- Add all ingredients together into a saucepan
- Heat on stove on medium heat until it has reached desired consistency
- Then add salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup
- Stir and put back on stove under low heat for 2 minutes
- Put your oatmeal into a large shallow bowl
- Optional: Add 1/2 cup almond milk to cool it down
- Top with shaved chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, cacao nibs, and puffed quinoa.
