Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1/3 cup THRYVE Gut-Brain Superblend
  • 1 tbsp crushed flax seed
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Drizzle of maple syrup
  • For toppings: shaved chocolate, hazelnuts, cacao nibs, puffed quinoa

 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients together into a saucepan 
  2. Heat on stove on medium heat until it has reached desired consistency
  3. Then add salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup
  4. Stir and put back on stove under low heat for 2 minutes
  5. Put your oatmeal into a large shallow bowl
  6. Optional: Add 1/2 cup almond milk to cool it down
  7. Top with shaved chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, cacao nibs, and puffed quinoa.
