Ingredients
- 1/2 cup THRYVE Gut-Brain Superblend, cooled
- 3/4 cups oat milk
- 1 extra scoop THRYVE Gut-Brain Superblend
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Optional: 1 shot of Irish cream liqueur
Directions
- Blend together.
- Pour frappe into 2 glasses.
- Top with coconut whipped cream and crushed candy cane bits and chocolate chips.
